    • Sorry for the confusion, the photo that was attached to the post was not the correct photo. This image has been changed.

  1. I think you do a fantastic job in getting information to the public about recycling. I also like that you send via e-mail–any delays in picking up the trash/recycling when bad weather occurs.

  2. I find it confusing, in the recent email about not being fooled by aluminum, that a foil pan is pictured prominently with the cans, yet when I click for more information on the recycling guidelines, a foil pan is pictured with the unacceptable items. Aluminum foil is names as unacceptable, but it’s not clear if a foil pan is the same thing.

    • Our apologies for the confusion. The wrong image was uploaded to the post. It has been changed. The aluminum foil pans are not acceptable.

  3. Thanks for the email about Aluminum Recycling,Do’s & Don’ts. Sorry but we may have caused problems at the plant, we will try to do a better job. Please send us something to hang on the frig to remind us how to do a better job for recycling. Again Sorry for the trouble we may have caused.

  4. Your people are doing a great job . But I must say this , sometimes they forget that the small items don’t come out as fast as the big stuff . and they are left behind . So when they turn the bin upside down the small stuff falls on the driveway . Keep up the good work .

    • Sorry to hear about some of the issues. If you ever run into any problems, please feel free to give us a call at 717-767-4456. Thank you!

  5. What do we do with aluminum foil? Also, why would your workman have thrown an old pair of sneakers back out onto the lawn?

    • For aluminum foil, as it is not accepted for recycling, please be sure to place this with your trash. If there are any issues with your collection, please be sure to call our customer service at 717-767-4456. Thank you!

  6. How do we “throughly” clean a hairspray can or other aerosol cans? Just the outside of the can?

    • Great Question! For aerosol cans, we just ask that all contents are used before disposal. Just make sure nothing is left in the container and toss it in your recycling bin. Thank you!
