Scott Wagner – President & Owner
Scott has over 25 years experience in residential and commercial based business. He founded and grew York Waste Disposal, Inc. during operation from 1985 – 1997. In 2000, Scott founded Penn Waste, Inc. Scott purchased KBS, Inc. in 2005, a trucking company with a home base in Thomasville, PA.

Carol Turner – VP, Sales & Marketing
With over 23 years of experience working in the waste management industry, Carol has been a part of the Penn Waste team since day one. She holds an associate's degree from Taylor Business Institute.

Ed Ward – Municipal Contracts Manager
Ed contributes a wealth of knowledge to Penn Waste thanks to his extensive background in the waste management industry. He joined the Penn Waste team in 2002 . Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College.

Eric Porter – Director of Human Resources
Eric has been a valued team member here at Penn Waste since 2004. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in human resource management from Madison University and a remarkable twenty-five years of experience in his field.

Barry Bailets – Safety and Loss Control Manager
Barry's comprehensive law enforcement background made him a great asset for Penn Waste when he joined the team in 2004. Barry has previous experience working as a deputy sheriff, patrolman, and sergeant for police departments in the Dallastown Borough, Hellam Township, and Springettsbury Township. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education.

Kathy Masch – Director of Operations
Kathy joined the Penn Waste family in 2007 and brought with her some impressive credentials.  Her vast experience stems from accounting through operations management, bringing a large amount of versatility and value in her position here. Kathy holds an MBA from York College.

Eric Sentz – CFO
Eric is another team member who boasts a lifelong career in the waste management industry. Since 1985 Eric has held various positions from financial controller to CFO within the waste industry. He joined the Penn Waste team in 2009. Eric holds a bachelor's degree in accounting.
